The Private Stock Pepper Sauce (12oz) has a mustard base, but less of a mustard flavor than the Mustard Pepper Sauce. This sauce is not a super hot, but definitely hotter than the others. It has a s-l-o-o-o-w burn with lots of flavor and it is great for seasoning your chicken, fish and most meats. The Private Stock Pepper Sauce is also great for dipping! Each bottle of Private Stock Hot Pepper Sauce is prepared with a blend of Jalape¤os, Habaneros and Hungarian Hot Peppers with a thick yellow mustard base by Hey Mon (Errol Bishop) himself.
